Kokako works with a number of leading retailers across New Zealand that supply quality, artisanal and ethical consumer products. Depending on your store setup, you can choose from our selection of expertly packed 200g retail coffees (blends, single origins and decaf; all available as whole beans or ground for different brewing applications), 250g Drinking Chocolate and Nitro Cold Brew. Weekly customer service and communication
Let our team help you manage your stock levels. Twice weekly deliveries in our company van* or overnight delivery of retail coffee and drinking chocolate via courier.

Merchandising and Product Demonstrations*
Shelf merchandising, stock rotation and product demos are available to selected retailers – please ask us for further details. *Service available for Auckland customers only.
Product Returns Policy
We offer a credit and returns policy to maintain product integrity for our retail coffee and cold brew. Marketing and Social Media Support We work in collaboration with our retailers to promote Kokako products and drive customers to your store. This includes initiatives such as social media campaigns (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram), product offers, blogs and access to our comprehensive resources around how we roast our coffee, our coffee profiles and our commitment to Fairtrade and organics.
