- Add two 6.25g teaspoons of Drinking Chocolate to 10g of hot water and stir to create a paste.
- Add heated Good Coconut and stir through; enjoy!

How to make the Chocolate Sauce
- Weigh out 450g of Kōkako Drinking Chocolate and put it in a blender or large bowl.
- Add 600ml of warm (not hot!) water to the dry mix.
- If using a blender, carefully blend for around 1 minute. If using a bowl, whisk together until a smooth consistency is reached.
- Place in a 1L squeezy bottle and store in the fridge until needed.
How to make a Hot Chocolate
- Take the chocolate sauce out of the fridge at the start of the day and leave on the bench (not on the coffee machine) during service.
- Add 50ml of chocolate sauce to 250ml of heated Good Coconut in a suitable mug. Garnish with sprinkled Chocolate Powder and serve.
